    Requirement to register a Company in Malaysia

    1. A minimum of one (1) Director and residing in Malaysia
    2. A minimum of one (1) Promoter 
    3. A minimum Paid- up Capital of RM 1.00
    4. A registered Office
    5. Eligbility of Director
      • At least eighteen (18) years old and above
      • Not discharged in bankruptcy, or
      • Not convicted any offence or imprisoned within the period of past five (5) years
    6. A minimum of one (1) company secretary who must be a member of any of the prescribed professional bodies, licensed by SSM, or both
